CLEAN TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED MANUFACTURING
Micro Systems in the UK has 800 square metres of clean manufacturing area with temperature control, equipped with the latest generation of mould making machines and inspection equipment. From mould design to manufacturing, validation and production within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, we can provide a complete project package for your most complex projects.
ON-SITE MOULD TESTING AND VALIDATION – PRODUCTION MOULDING FACILITY
With our Optimold facility in the UK, we are able to provide mould testing and offer many other production options, including 2-material moulding. Optimold operates a QA system with ISO 13485 accreditation, allowing us to manufacture medical device components in any quantity, from a few thousands to many millions.
